Housing Corporation of America (“us,” “we,” “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social service provider that, among other services, coordinates onsite residential services and programs in education, arts enrichment and other subjects at affordable housing communities. This Privacy Policy contains important information about how we and our affiliates collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, retain or otherwise process your information when you (whether you are a person or business) access, apply, sign up or in any way interface with or use our Websites, Services or Accounts (collectively, the “Proprietary Materials”) (including, but not limited to, through a digital receipt or invoice at a point of sale); or otherwise contact or interact with us, even if you have not applied, or signed up, or downloaded any of our Proprietary Materials. • Persons under the age of 18 are not eligible to use any of our Proprietary Materials without the

information), so that we may promptly delete such information or take other appropriate action.
• If you would like to access, obtain copies, update, correct or request that we suppress or delete any of the information we hold about you or if you require further information from us about how we use your information please contact us at the address below.
