Acrylic Painting

Learn the fundamentals of acrylic painting in a relaxed, supportive setting. This class covers essential techniques like color mixing, brushwork, layering, and composition. Perfect for beginners or anyone looking to build confidence and creative expression through paint. All supplies are provided at no cost by HCA. Music Appreciation

Gain a better understanding and enjoyment of music! Each class will focus on music from a specific era, genre, musical, performer, or region of the world. Together, we will listen to different examples of it and learn about its unique sounds, history, and culture. Your thoughts and reactions are welcome, though not required.
Activities of Daily Living

In each class we discuss the tasks of everyday life. You'll take part in activities related to independent living as well as cognitive tests to challenge your mind. On occasion, you may take advantage of a complementary Theragun body tune-up or go home with informational handouts and free samples.
