Resistance & Agility Training
In-Person
Utilize battle ropes, resistance, Go Fit Bands, and your own weight to strengthen your mind and body. Every training session will introduce a new “workout of the day” with fresh circuits to provide you with an efficient and effective full-body workout. Come experience the Connection Mindset: Playful - Confident - Connected - Calm - Strong. We recommend that you bring water, and we ask that you wear sneakers or closed-toed shoes with good grip for safety.
